Why when I try to upload a file I get the following error message: "Error 2 (net::ERR_FAILED): Unknown error"

I am currently trying to upload a file in Community Server 2008 and I get the following error message on Google Chrome: “Error 2 (net::ERR_FAILED): Unknown error”. This happens after it tries to upload the file for 2 min. On internet explorer I get the error message: “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”. Any ideas?
